Formally launched in June 2016 after 1 year of informal trading, SMYL Training and HR Solutions is a business consulting company that primarily focuses on assisting and ensuring organisations maximises their Skills Development Levy to its maximum in accordance with the Skills Development Levy Act of 1998. We ensure companies get fully funded training with the added tax rebate and free labour benefits. Initially starting of with 4 companies as of March 2020 the company has amassed a portfolio of 43 entities who either pay for services by way of retainer or once of payment.
